MISUSE OF LAW

Some time it is observed that people misused the law agains theire own personal intrest like DOWERY ACT, most of cases where NO EXCHANGE OF DOWEY(DAHEJ / DAAPAA), but the MAIKA people used the act agains IN-LAWS of theire daughter.
In the same way a few people of ST/SC or other backward classes used ' ST./SC ATYAACHAARA NIVAARANA KAANUN" ie ATROCACY agains SO CALLED UPPER CLASSES (sawarnas) in and upto theire OWN personal intrests OR ONLY FOR IGO SATISFACTION.
a FALSE FIR/case lodged in a police or a court,only to show that 'they can do any thing against SAWARNAS."
it seems that those people intensionally be as such as they were before democracy .
NO ONE CAN HELP THOSE TYPE OF PEOPLE .THEY NEED A " Manochikitsak" to change mentality.
